Earwax Removal
Very pleased. I only had to wait about 5 days for an appointment during which I had time to put oil in my ear. The service I received was excellent, I was put at my ease and was told what was going to happen. At the end, It was such a relief to be able to hear in the blocked ear. Also, it was easy to park, which is a bonus

The advice before treatment was first class and now my ear feels normal 🎉. After 3 months of discomfort, I just wish I had just gone to see a specialist sooner, rather than try and over the counter treatments.

Excellent earwax removal service at a recently established surgery
Very professional and friendly service to safely remove a horrendous build up of earwax seriously affecting my hearing. Impressed to see the doctor's certificates clearly displayed in the reception area. I would highly recommend this surgery and treatment- much safer than ear syringing.

Such a good experience
Very good service, got me booked in really quickly to sort my ear out, lovely man did the procedure and explained exactly what was going to happen, checked both ears but was very honest and said I only needed one doing, was only £40 which I thought was really good as the Wellesley hospital was £200 and had a 2 week waiting list.

Blocked Ear
Had my blocked ear microsuctioned today, they were so lovely, reassuring and managed to get me in the same day, the chap that did it was really kind, patient and talked me all the way through the process, not that it took long at all, it was comfortable which surprised me, will definitely use them again and never leave it this long to get my ears cleared now I know where to go. I was feeling really dizzy no hearing in my right ear and all I can say is what a difference a day makes. Thank you to the staff there for getting me in so quickly and for being so lovely I will be back. And would recommend thoroughly 😊

Prompt & Efficient Service
I took my 88 year old mother for an appointment to have her ears suctioned. The doctor was very kind and gentle and took great care with her. It is so good to have this service locally and I will be recommending Enanee to other family members and friends.

Fantastic service. Fully aware of all the available products as I wanted BPA-free composite fillings. The dentist is thorough, very knowledgable and most importantly gentle! Excellent hygienist as well who did a brilliant job and offered great advice. Highly recommended and will continue to use in the future.

Very friendly dentist and nurse. I was made to feel welcome,seen on time,had all the procedures thoroughly explained to me and was put at ease. As an individual who has experienced bad dental practice in the past it was actually an eye opening experience. The practice seems to understand the ethics of what they are involved in as well as making appropriate use of the new technologies available to them

Outstanding for fearful patient
I have had awful dentist experiences from my youth and have a great fear. I DEFINITELY chose the right place to come here. Nothing was too much trouble when allaying my massive irrational fears, everything explained, every ridiculous question answered, totally adhered to the 10 seconds of treatment then let me recover before 10 more seconds. Totally above and beyond, I ended up with an extraction which has always been one of my biggest fears, my tears and breakdowns all taken in her stride and with care, understanding and total professionalism. I took up far too much of her time but was not aware of how long that was until afterwards. I've even made an appointment to return, which I know I will keep. Still my least favourite thing to do in life but the time and care given to me has restored my faith in dentists and I know I will be listened to and looked after here, even received a call the next morning to make sure was OK. If you are a nervous patient you need to come here

Needed to have both my ears cleaned as they were filled to the rim with wax. Thankfully i got referred to this practice. They were able to see me almost immediately while places like Specsavers had a month waiting list. The receptionist was so friendly and polite and seemed generally interested in helping in anyway she could. The Dr is amazing at what he does. Told me the plan of action and told me what I would feel. No pain and immediate relief. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their ears cleaned! Amazing service!

I had previously been to my GP for my ear wax problem to be told they do not offer irrigation any longer and that the nurse will try to remove using an instrument that looked like a hook ! . Unfortunately the nurse was unsuccessful as was told I've got a long wait for microsuction on the NHS . I found Enanee dental practice on line and decided to book . I was seen the next day by the most professional caring doctor ever! I can finally hear now after weeks of being blocked I highly recommend this practice

Pain free
I had my ears de-waxed this morning at the Enanee clinic in Southend and what a difference. It's been total misery these past 3 weeks with my ears completely blocked and with a 3 month waiting list at Southend Hospital I decided to go to Enanee and I'm amazed at the difference. I've actually turned the volume control on my TV down by 4 notches - what a difference. Would recommend this to anyone who needs this procedure, which was painless and carried out by the kindest and friendliness of the doctor in under 15 minutes

Absolutely brilliant experience with Enanee Dental practice. Everyone is extremely friendly and they make you feel very welcome. I felt completely at ease during my treatment as everything was explained to me and I wasn't left feeling in the dark which has usually been the case with previous dental experiences. I feel like with Enanee Dental practice I am getting the best treatment and advice for looking after my teeth and oral health and I would very highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
